Early morning ..seaside walkabout..

I am trying to exercise more..watch what I eat..like alot of people I do really good for a while
and then I get lazy again...especially when the weather gets bad...( we have rain and wind again)
then I get lazy.. read a book.. watch tv...do some art projects... and hang out with my dogs..

Some people are morning people..high energy people..my husband is one.. wakes up rearing to go!!! Rain or shine! I wake up slowly... enjoy coffee in bed and can stay in my Jammie's.. reading or watching TV in the morning..... What kind of person are you???

Here are some pictures of my favorite walking trail along the coast...me and a friend got up early before the rain and wind couple days ago.. it was so beautiful out, I wanted to share the views

You are such a lucky girl to have such an amazing place to walk !! I know what you mean about trying to be "good" though. To answer your question, I guess I'm a slow to get started late bloomer in the morning, but I sometimes get my second wind at 10pm, so I guess I'm a night owl.
Also Happy belated Birthday! I tried to leave a comment last week, but my computer wasn't cooperating.
Glad to hear you will be there on Sat.,

I so love this place. I think it's my favorite place to be right now. Not only does it do a body good to walk, but it does a brain good to think in peace. Happy you're doing it!

I have to find out where this trail is...will you share its location with me?? I am slow moving in the morning. I think after so many years having to get up at 6 a.m. to get all of the kids off to school and me off to work, when I retired I refused to get up and going that early. It's a luxury to sleep in, lounge around in my jammies and to get going when I want to.

What a beautiful place to walk.

I'm a morning person. Up, dressed, ready to go. Afternoons are for napping, reading, resting. Then I'm in my kitchen until nightfall.

Aren't we all just creatures of habit?

hey dear lady! oh, what a beautiful walking trail you have - incredible - for that kind of walk here, i have to get in my car and drive about 7 miles down to the beach and then in tourist season deal with the mobs of tourists - but i have managed to find one or two little hidden beach areas without the tourists - and don't mind the ride down to them to walk along and pick up beautiful sea glass that floats upon the shore - - i confess to being a morning person as well - up before the sun just to greet it - have so missed our visits, lady! it's good to be back in blogland even with all the distractions in my life of late - thanks so much for coming by and leaving messages for me at my places - can't tell you how much they mean - oh, and lest i forget again, right before i went on vacation, i received a message from you to sign up for something on yahoo? i think? in any event, when i tried it, i was unable to get it to work - all due to my own technology challenges i am sure - so want to try again?

again, thanks so much! missed you! have a glorious weekend!

I have to admit that I am a morning person, and I make everyone crazy because I can get right into gardening or other projects. I literally jump out of bed, make the bed, and hurry downstairs to get dressed, and start the day. I try to avoid coffee. It revs me up even more. Both of my parents were morning people too, so I guess that I have no chance to sleep in.

Thank you marlene,
for stopping by over at my nset well my daughters nest. Thank you for your kind words on her bedroom that I posted.

I love coming over to your place it is a place to distress yourself, and take on the morning with a clam feeling.

How can you walk those paths with out just criing and saying to yourself I live here and I get to take this all in when ever I want to.

I am someday going to move closer to the beach I miss it.

I will be back soon.
